Our Mission

Our mission is to help children and their families achieve physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Our workbooks cover the traditional pillars of wellness including nutrition, exercise, and stress management. However, we also emphasize the importance of faith, purpose, and service to others, as spiritual wellness is equally important in order to be happy and healthy. Armed with a healthy mind and body, we hope that our Wellness Cove families will go out and be a light to this world.

Traditional Wellness

Nutrition: We emphasize a whole food, plant-based diet and eating mindfully.
Exercise: We cover all of the bases - movement, strength, and stretching.
Stress Management: We teach students how to meditate and the value of down time.
